An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Qualified Teacher to join a dedicated team at a thriving Special Educational Needs (SEN) school based in Oxford.

This rewarding role is ideal for a teacher with QTS and a minimum of 2 years' experience working in schools, ideally with exposure to SEN environments or pupils with additional needs such as ASD, MLD, or complex learning difficulties. The successful candidate will be confident in adapting their teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of their students and committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have at least 2 years' teaching experience in a school setting
  • Be passionate about working with children with special educational needs
  • Be patient, resilient, and creative in their teaching approach
  • Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Be able to plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
