An established alternative provision for children with a range of mental health and behavioural needs in Oxford is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. The AP cater for children and young adults who have been excluded from mainstream education or are in a transition period before finding a place in a specialist setting. Many of the students have experienced trauma, have SEN, behavioural needs as well as other mental health issues. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience working with vulnerable young people with Behavioural Needs. As a Sports Coach you will be based in the unit's private gym, coaching various sports including everything from football to martial arts to young people with a range of behavioural and emotional needs.

The ideal Sports Coach will be able to commit full-time (8.30am to 3pm) and the expected salary will be from 85-100 per day.
