We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement professional to join our team within the Children’s Services category. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual operating at an assistant level, looking to step up into a Procurement Officer role, with the chance to lead end-to-end procurement processes and make a direct impact in a rewarding public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the full delivery of procurement and contract management projects within the Corporate and Commercial procurement category, with a focus on Children’s Services.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes with minimal supervision — from tender document preparation, tendering, and evaluation to contract award, contract monitoring, and administration.

Essential Requirements:

  • CIPS Level 4 (or higher) qualification.
  • Proven public sector procurement knowledge and experience, particularly within Children’s Services categories of spend.
  • Confident managing procurement projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

  • This role is primarily remote, with attendance at the Oxford office required once a month for meetings, training, or workshops.
