About the Role:
Our Client is seeking 3 skilled and reliable Steel Erectors to join our growing construction team. You will play a crucial role in assembling and installing the structural frameworks of buildings and other structures. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Erecting steel frameworks and structures safely and efficiently
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Operating lifting and hoisting equipment
Working at heights and adhering to all safety regulations
Collaborating closely with crane operators, site supervisors, and other trades
Aligning and bolting structural steel units
Conducting quality checks and ensuring work meets structural standards
What They Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a steel erector or similar role in construction
CSCS card (essential)
IPAF, PASMA, or relevant lifting equipment certifications (desirable)
Ability to work at height and in all weather conditions
Strong understanding of health & safety on construction sites
Good physical fitness and stamina
Team player with good communication skills
