We are currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to join a high street fashion brand.

You will be responsible for negotiating lease terms and rent reviews, ensuring lease obligations are fulfilled, and collaborating with Senior Management and Directors to align property decisions with wider business objectives.

Some responsibilities:

1.Undertake the property management of a portfolio of shops

2.Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner

3.Negotiate consents and permissions from 3rd parties (Landlords etc)

4.Ensure any disputes between Landlords and Tenants are resolved promptly with the minimum disruption and cost to the business

5.Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and cost to the business

6.Challenging and monitoring service charge statements and demands

7.To take responsibility for securing refunds or overpayments from third parties

8.To understand the commercial objectives of the company and to have a flexible approach to the working hours and a willingness to travel the UK

9.Checking invoices from Landlords to ensure accuracy, challenging where appropriate.

4.Previous experience in a retail environment
