Topographical Surveyor Job Overview
  • Carrying out high-accuracy topographical surveys using total stations, GPS, and 3D laser scanning
  • Processing survey data and producing high-quality CAD drawings to company and client standards
  • Working on a wide variety of projects, including highways, land development, infrastructure, and construction
  • Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure work is delivered accurately and to deadlines
  • Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment and adhering to best practices and health & safety standards
  • Supporting junior surveyors and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams as required
Topographical Surveyor Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in topographical surveying
  • Strong practical and technical knowledge of surveying methods and equipment
  • Proficient in the use of total stations, GNSS/GPS systems, and data processing software
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant packages
  • A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to commute to the Oxford office and travel to site as required
