Evolve are working with an innovative leader in the medical device industry, who are seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. In this field-based position, will be responsible for introducing and generating demand for this innovative new to market device with all relevant stakeholders. Focusing on Cardiologists, Physiologists and Clinical specialists.

This is a full-time permanent position, with the territory based in the South of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Sales Specialist

  • A relevant degree or clinical qualification is essential.
  • A proven track record of sales preferably within cardiology would be desirable.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrate strong communication, positive peer support and showing accountability.
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate and simplify complex data.

Role Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist

  • Promote and sell product by influencing customer opinion (prescribing, non-medical prescribing and commercial)
  • Build strong relationships with Hospitals, Clinicians, and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Create hospital level business plans to identify key stakeholders and drive incremental sales through a combination of commercial meetings and in-field visits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products and customer needs to identify SMART business objectives and provide feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
