Candidates will also be responsible for supporting students who face behavioural challenges, utilising a positive behaviour management framework.路 Candidates must have previous experience working with young people in a school/youth work/college/careers/support work/social work environment, and experience of working with students whose behaviour can be described as challenging.路 This role involves meticulous record-keeping, collaboration with other student support services, and close communication with faculty staff. 路 Adherence to safeguarding principles, professional integrity, and maintaining personal responsibility are crucial.?路 Keeping the line of communication open between students, staff, and parents. ?? Skills & experience路 ???Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service. 路 ?Degree In related discipline 路 ?Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills. 路 ?Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations. 路 ?Ability to inspire and motivate students. 路 ?Strong multitasking skills.? ??
