This is a brilliant opportunity for a welder looking for stability, daily variety, and the chance to earn an industry-recognised MIG welding coding — fully paid for by the company.MIG Welder Benefits:

£28,000 – £31,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
Overtime available at 1.5x basic rate

MIG Welder Responsibilities:

Carrying out MIG welding to a coded standard (training and certification provided)
Fabricating, tacking, and plasma cutting various metal components
Manufacturing specialist tooling when required
Maintaining a zero-defect approach to welding quality
Performing daily maintenance and keeping the welding area organised
Identifying equipment issues and suggesting process improvements
Supporting other departments with fabrication tasks when necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG welding in a manufacturing, structural or fabrication setting
Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
Physically capable of lifting loads up to 20kg as part of daily duties
TIG welding experience would be an advantage but not essential
