- £28,000 – £31,000 annual salary (depending on experience)

- Fabricating, tacking, and plasma cutting various metal components
- Manufacturing specialist tooling when required
- Maintaining a zero-defect approach to welding quality
- Performing daily maintenance and keeping the welding area organised
- Identifying equipment issues and suggesting process improvements
- Supporting other departments with fabrication tasks when necessary
- Proven experience in MIG welding in a manufacturing, structural or fabrication setting
- Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
- Physically capable of lifting loads up to 20kg as part of daily duties
- TIG welding experience would be an advantage but not essential
