Building Services Manager manager required working for a contractor running projects across the Oxfordshire area on very interesting and exciting large projects. You will be joining a business who have been in operation for decades and have built a strong, secure foundation and a solid and unique client base.

This is an exciting position, the builder is also excited to offer this opportunity to a strong MEP Project Manager / Contracts Manager

You will be responsible for

• Project management and co-ordinating the M&E Installation
• MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
• Pre-Construction
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
• To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
• Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant external / internal agents
• Health and Safety input and supervision
• Quality
• Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project
