As a Residential Property Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our conveyancing team. You will assist with all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting fee earners with managing residential property files from inception to completion

Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns

Drafting legal documents and correspondence

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties

Conducting property searches and reviewing results

Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records

Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
Requirements:

Previous experience in a residential conveyancing or legal assistant role

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Good communication and client care skills

Competency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office

A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
