Job Title: Office Administrator

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Location: Oxted

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)

The Role:

This is a varied position, well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has already gained some office administrative experience and is looking for that next step. The role involves providing support with the day-to-day operations of the organisation, as well as assisting with client onboarding processes across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Greeting visitors and managing the front desk.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Supporting routine compliance-related admin tasks (e.g., maintaining and updating records).
  • Assisting with client onboarding and due diligence.
  • Managing file closures and archiving.
  • Processing the clearance of client balances.
  • Performing general administrative duties as needed.
