Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: Oxted
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)
The Role:
This is a varied position, well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has already gained some office administrative experience and is looking for that next step. The role involves providing support with the day-to-day operations of the organisation, as well as assisting with client onboarding processes across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Greeting visitors and managing the front desk.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Supporting routine compliance-related admin tasks (e.g., maintaining and updating records).
- Assisting with client onboarding and due diligence.
- Managing file closures and archiving.
- Processing the clearance of client balances.
- Performing general administrative duties as needed.
