What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting learning in and out of the classroom
- Helping students grow socially and academically
- Providing 1:1 and group support (including SEND students)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications
- A commitment to keeping our students safe and supported in Oxted.
- A drive to becoming an excellent Learning Support Assistant
