Sonic Summary

Our client, a long-standing family-owned business, is seeking a multi-skilled Engineer to join their established team.
The ideal candidate should possess an engineering qualification such as HNC or ONC and have practical electrical and mechanical experience.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
The role involves diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults, with a focus on safety and compliance in food-grade environments.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Core hours: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm

Main Requirements:

Engineering qualification, HNC, ONC or equivalent
Practical electrical and mechanical experience
Ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical control and instrumentation faults
60/40 electrical biased
Experience of working in a safe working environment. Permit to work or IOSH
