We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a long-standing manufacturer based in Glossop.
In this hands-on role, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day production process, working as part of a supportive and experienced team.
What’s on offer?
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm (early Friday finish)
- Standard holiday allowance

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Handling and processing glass sheets with care and accuracy
- Loading and unloading materials from machinery
- Measuring and cutting glass to size using hand tools
- Inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues
- Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
- Working closely with team members to meet daily production targets
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing role
- A strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude
- A good level of physical fitness and attention to detail
