Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new role in North Cornwall? This well-established, client-focused law firm in Wadebridge is looking to expand its Commercial Property team due to continued growth and demand.

The Role: Commercial Property Lawyer

As a Commercial Property specialist, you will manage a diverse caseload including:

  • Freehold and leasehold commercial transactions
  • Property elements of corporate deals, business sales & acquisitions
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases and renewals
  • Development and land projects
  • Optional residential conveyancing if you enjoy variety

You’ll work closely with business owners, developers and investors across the region, with full paralegal and administrative support provided

  • Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Location: Wadebridge, North Cornwall
  • Work Model: Hybrid – up to 2 days/week remote
  • Salary: Up to ÂŁ60,000 DOE
