The Role: Commercial Property Lawyer
As a Commercial Property specialist, you will manage a diverse caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold commercial transactions
- Property elements of corporate deals, business sales & acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases and renewals
- Development and land projects
- Optional residential conveyancing if you enjoy variety
You’ll work closely with business owners, developers and investors across the region, with full paralegal and administrative support provided
Key Details:
- Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Location: Wadebridge, North Cornwall
- Work Model: Hybrid – up to 2 days/week remote
- Salary: Up to ÂŁ60,000 DOE
- Start Date: Immediate/As soon as available

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial property (or mixed property)
- Strong attention to detail and confident client communication skills
- Desire to work independently but collaboratively within a close-knit team
