A respected private client law firm in Wadebridge is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive due to ongoing growth. This newly created position is ideal for a lawyer who wants to focus on quality legal work without the pressure of business development.

Your Responsibilities

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Drafting wills and providing estate planning advice
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Advising on trust structures and inheritance tax planning
  • Working with high-net-worth individuals and their families

You will be client-facing and supported by experienced legal and administrative staff to help you focus on delivering excellent service

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in private client work (including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, or IHT)
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships
  • Friendly, empathetic and highly organised
