What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of production—ensuring machines are running smoothly and products meet high-quality standards:
- Operate and monitor production machinery, including industrial printers (if applicable)
- Load materials into pre-programmed machines
- Unload and store finished goods accurately
- Perform quality checks on completed items
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or working with printing machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude
- Ability to follow processes and work with minimal supervision
The Perks:
- £12.21 per hour, overtime after 38.5hrs £18.31ph
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (early finish on Fridays!)
- Overtime available and paid after 38.5 hours
