Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters

Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties

Preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Providing clear, compassionate, and professional advice to clients
Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX, or significant hands-on experience in probate

Excellent understanding of probate processes and inheritance tax matters
