Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support by responding to customer support calls and coordinating with a team of regionally based technicians to ensure the smooth completion of on-site service works.

Please note this role will begin as a temporary position but with the view of it becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for logging new service calls and liaising with customers. Your excellent planning skills will come into play as you allocate and schedule service technicians to meet customer requirements.

This role also involves general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Service department.

    • Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
    • Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential.
