Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and professionally handle incoming telephone calls.
  • Maintain communication with site staff regarding works and materials.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to assist with purchase ledger and invoicing.
  • Order materials as required.
  • Schedule client appointments effectively.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely updates for clients.
  • Perform fast and accurate data entry.
  • Keep data up to date and easily accessible.
  • Manage electronic filing, scanning, and mail responsibilities.
  • Address any client correspondence as necessary.
  • Prepare documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Skills Required:

  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in office administration or business support.
  • Ability to use initiative and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
