Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development with new and existing customers
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high service levels and repeat business
  • Prepare quotations and proposals and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the business at events and exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong experience within freight pallet networks and general haulage
  • Excellent knowledge of the Scottish transport market
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
  • An organised, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Event and exhibition experience (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence
