This is a wonderful opportunity work with the Head of HR of a global company and support the 100 staff in the UK. This is a 12 month + contract. Our client is seeking an experienced HR manager to assist with streamlining policies, processes and their benefits. You will work closely a HR advisor and support their personal development too. Our client needs a professional HR Manager with exceptional stakeholder skills. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ER skills are also essential.

Your role as HR Manager:

  • Oversee the HR team in daily operations
  • Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct performance and talent management
  • Oversee training and development programs
  • Assist in the personal development of the HR Advisor

The successful HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a HR Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Experience in European HR would be useful
