Reed Technology is working with a fantastic client on an exclusive basis, as they look to add an IT Team Lead to manage a small team and the company's internal bespoke systems, including stock management and Office 365.

This role requires a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at maintaining high internal service standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient operation and support across the organisation.
  • Oversee and maintain internal bespoke systems including stock management and Office 365.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and report into the wider group management.
  • Handle technical issues directly, such as fixing printers and other hardware, as well as troubleshooting software problems.
  • Utilise PowerBI for data analysis to support business improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably leading a team.
  • Strong experience with Windows environments.
  • Proficient with Office 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Hands-on technical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a personable and patient approach to internal customer service.
  • Experience with Power BI and an interest in using data to support business improvements would be an advantage.
  • Microsoft 365 certification is highly desirable.
