What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading contract administration and advising project teams on commercial obligations
  • Managing payment applications, notices, claims and compensation events
  • Identifying, costing and negotiating variations while protecting entitlement
  • Budget management, forecasting, monthly reviews and financial governance
  • Developing and maintaining project risk strategies
  • Supporting procurement and leading subcontract tendering and negotiation
  • Acting as the commercial point of contact across clients, internal teams and subcontractors

 

What we’re looking for:


Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Petrochemical or heavy industrial projects
Strong background in commercial management or cost engineering
HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, Construction or similar (desirable)
Confident using MS365 and modern project cost control systems
Ability to work across multiple UK project sites and client locations
