Our client is seeking a Business Support Administrator with an immediate start on a 12 month contract.

To work as part of the Business Support site team to provide high calibre administrative services:

General office admin: Ordering goods and stationery, postal services, telephone and email enquiries, minor budget reporting, facilities support, etc.

Organising travel: Hotel accommodation, car hire & pool cars, train tickets, flights

Invoice Processing

Event planning and booking of courses and conferences

Meetings & Reporting Support: Document/presentation preparation, minute taking, conference room schedule management, catering

New starter set up: Mobile phone requests, etc.

Document Control: Maintaining accurate and up to date filing systems and supporting document control activities e.g. document sprints

Supporting the site with pro-active and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders via a variety of methods; e.g. team briefs, site newspaper, posters, emails, etc.

The successful candidate should:

Be competent in the use of applicable business IT systems, such as Microsoft Office and SAP

Have the ability to communicate effectively, professionally, in writing and orally, with a wide range of stakeholders which are both internal and external to the business

Possess good interpersonal skills and the confidence to deliver a customer focused service in a friendly manner

Demonstrate strong organisational skills and have the ability to work with the minimum of supervision in a fast paced working environment
