Our client is a very well-respected supplier of building materials and construction products to both the trade and retail sectors. This is a multi-faceted company and they have kitchen and bathroom departments which generate an important income stream for them. They are recruiting a Regional Sales / Commercial Manager to oversee the sales operations of 9 branches in relation to kitchen and bathroom products.

The company has an enviable range of products sold both to retail and the trade. They are currently expanding this range as well which is exciting. Their showroom facilities are impressive.

There are certain requirements that the ideal candidate must have - Knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom products and proven sales experience. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can pass on the benefits of your sales experience and be able to lead and motivate your team to make sure they are happy, but also performing as they should be. Good people skills, communication skills and a methodical approach are also important. A comprehensive understanding of targets, margins and everything else financial that makes a branch run profitably is also required.
