**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join Principal Contractor on a synchronous condenser build in Pembroke, South Wales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they are installed and functioning according to project requirements.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform commissioning activities for mechanical systems and equipment.- Work closely with project teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively.- Identify and resolve mechanical issues during the commissioning phase.- Maintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Experience in mechanical commissioning, particularly in large-scale projects.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.This role comes with a 6 month contract and are outside IR35 with a competitive day rate on offer.
