Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to life-changing products? We’re looking for Operations Technician to support manufacturing and quality processes at a state-of-the-art facility in Pencoed, Bridgend.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company on a 3 months initial contract, with potential for extension.

  • Pay Rate: £12.84 per hour
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities Operations Technician: 
  • Carry out dispensing and other production tasks
  • Perform routine quality checks on materials and finished products
  • Formulate solutions for use
  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Accurately record production data
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
What We’re Looking For Operations Technician:
  • Basic Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent, Grade C+)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
  • Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible with shift work, including weekends and overtime
