Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.
This role will suit an enthusiastic customer service focused individual with previous experience wortking within the ICT sector preferably in a 2nd line role. You will be troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems onsite for clients. When not onsite with clients you will assist the IT Helpdesk.
Main duties:
- Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair services
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware, software and networks
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Provide technical support to users
Experience required:
- Have an ICT background with 2nd Line experience
- Practical knowledge of being onsite supporting customers
- Full driving license (use of pool vehicles)
- The ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure
