We are seeking a Product Development Scientist to join our client's innovative team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead and coordinate design and development projects within the Product Development department, ensuring that investigations and experimental work comply with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for analysing experimental results, assisting with documentation, and supporting the training of team members. The role requires close collaboration across departments, effective communication, and adherence to GMP/GLP standards to deliver high-quality products within strict timelines.

  • Science degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in regulated laboratories, e.g., medical devices or pharma
  • Experience in assay development, product/reagent formulation, and immunohaematology
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office), data analysis, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
