Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We're currently hiring Senior Support Workers for services based in Penicuik and Loanhead.

This organisation delivers essential services to adults, including support for mental health, learning disabilities and neurodiversity, youth and adult homelessness, and older people's services.

£13.75 per hour (rising to £13.89), 36 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Co-produce and manage support plans
  • Support with staff recruitment and service referrals
  • Lead shifts in the absence of the Service Manager
  • Mentor and supervise Support Workers

To be considered for the Senior Support Worker role, ideally you will have:

  • SVQ3 in Health & Social Care
  • Relevant frontline support experience in homelessness, mental health or addictions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, responsive environment
  • Individuals with a passion for supporting those with experience of homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use
