Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

• Confident working across all sections in a fresh food kitchen
• Experience plating and preparing refined, seasonal dishes
• A calm, motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Keen to develop under an experienced and supportive Head Chef
• Able to manage their own section and support junior chefs

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Running a section efficiently during busy service periods
• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high and consistent standard
• Supporting the senior team with menu prep and daily tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your section
• Training and guiding commis chefs where required
• Upholding all food safety and hygiene regulations
