Salary/Bonuses: £18.50ph to £20ph | OTE £65,000 to £85,000
NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading force in the crushing and screening sector, currently expanding their engineering team due to a strong pipeline of secured work across the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Crusher & Screener Engineers to join a forward-thinking business offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability.
The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on mobile crushers and screeners
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostics, both electrical and mechanical
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently across various sites
- Assist with plant setup, decommissioning, and transport
- Work collaboratively with site teams within quarry and recycling environments
The Candidate
- Previous experience working on crushers, screeners or similar heavy mobile plant
- Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and engines
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- CSCS, NPORS or CPCS certification (preferred, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (expenses paid if needed)
The Benefits
- £18.50ph to £20ph per hour (DOE)
- Regular overtime available – OTE £65K–£85K per year
