Role Overview:

As a Client Manager, you'll be a central point of contact for your portfolio of clients, offering proactive advice and building long-term relationships. You'll also support team development and ensure the seamless delivery of services across accounts, tax, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client relationships, delivering tailored advice that supports their business goals

  • Oversee preparation of accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations

  • Attend and lead client meetings to provide strategic insights and ensure service excellence

  • Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to their development and performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards and drive best practices

Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice

  • Either part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience - support for professional qualifications can be offered

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • A team player who's proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute

  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and keen to grow professionally
