Are you a skilled timber frame designer, with over 4 years' experience, looking to join a tight-knit team where your work, ideas and career really matter?

As a Timber Frame Designer, you will:

  • Drawing timber frame kits using Woodengine software as a core tool
  • Producing detailed designs of panels, floors, roofs etc, ensuring buildability, technical accuracy and fit with structural inputs
  • Supporting production by outputting suitable CNC/CAM-ready drawings / cutting files etc
  • Liaising with site, manufacturing and design colleagues; resolving architectural & technical queries
  • Over time, growing into a Design Manager role with leadership responsibilities

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in timber frame design or related offsite/manufactured panel work
  • Confident and capable using Woodengine (or similar specialist software)
  • Strong technical drawing skills; good understanding of structure, junctions, details etc
  • Enjoys being in an office/team environment; values collaboration, quality, doing work properly
  • Motivated by stability, good standards, being part of a business investing in itself & its people
