Industrial Relations Manager
A Tier 1 contractor is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to support a long term nuclear infrastructure project in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing delivery team on a complex and high profile programme.
Key responsibilities
* Lead on industrial relations matters across the project
* Act as the main point of contact for workforce engagement and labour relations
* Support site management teams with grievance resolution and dispute avoidance
* Advise on employment practices, compliance and workforce policies
* Build strong working relationships with operatives, project teams and external stakeholders
* Provide regular reporting on workforce trends and IR activities
Requirements
* Previous experience in industrial relations within construction or major infrastructure
* Strong understanding of workforce relations and dispute resolution
* Confident communicator able to influence and advise across multiple teams
* Ability to build trust and provide clear, practical guidance
Ability to obtain security clearance or already hold clearance
