Adecco are thrilled to be recruiting for our brilliant client. A long-established and successful business in Penrith is looking to welcome a capable and detail-focused Sales Co-ordinator to its internal office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident managing customer accounts and order processing. The position is based within a close-knit office where teamwork, efficiency, and accuracy are key.



About the Role:

The main focus of the role is to manage incoming sales information from both wholesale and retail clients, ensuring it is promptly and accurately entered into our internal production system. Most requests are received by email and require manual entry, although some may come via telephone or our trade platform.

You will also be the first point of contact for visitors to the site, including customers and suppliers, so a warm, professional manner is essential.

Other regular duties include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and offering support

  • Handling administrative tasks such as supplier invoice processing and payment reconciliations

  • Monitoring customer payments and updating records

  • General office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

This is a varied and fast-moving role, ideal for someone who enjoys handling a range of responsibilities and working in a friendly, supportive environment.



Package Includes:

  • Starting salary of 28,000 per annum

  • Higher rate available for those with suitable experience

  • Opportunities for growth and development as the business continues to expand



Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

  • The office operates year-round, including bank holidays, with a shared rota system to ensure coverage

  • The business closes annually between Christmas and New Year
