You will be responsible to a large industrial Roof Refurbishment package, that will be running for approx 20 weeks.
You'll be managing sub-contractors and directly employed staff, monitoring H&S, co-ordinating day to day works, conducting meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
You'll need your SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid and ideally experience delivering projects involving commercial / industrial roof works.
Programmed to run for approx 20wks - starting on 2nd June 2025.
Rate negotiable based on experience (circa £250-£280 per day - CIS or Ltd).
