The Mechanical Engineering Assessor will be delivering training and provide assessment whilst offering motivation and support to learners enrolled in apprenticeship programmes. You will assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of approved mechanical training materials; promote consistency and apply standardised training methods to enhance learner development and support timely qualification achievement.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in some general workshop skills, CAD, Engineering design and an understanding of the workings of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
- Experience doing a similar role.
- A passion for mentoring and teaching others
- A teaching or assessor qualification is desirable, but not essential - full support will be provided
- Commitment to continuous professional development
