BIM Manager

I am supporting a Tier One infrastructure contractor delivering a major long term nuclear civils programme in Cumbria. This project involves complex civil engineering works, heavy infrastructure packages and integrated delivery across a multi partner environment.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to take responsibility for digital construction, model coordination and information management across the programme. This role suits someone who thrives in complex environments and can provide strong technical assurance across design and engineering teams.

Role overview
* Lead digital engineering and BIM processes across several work packages
* Manage model coordination, clash detection and information flow between disciplines
* Support design assurance and maintain structured digital records
* Work closely with engineering, construction and planning teams to embed digital workflows
* Provide clear digital reporting and support decision making through model data
* Drive consistency across standards, protocols and digital delivery requirements

What we are looking for
* Strong BIM management experience on major civils or infrastructure programmes
* Confident leading digital workflows within large delivery teams
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly across disciplines
* Understanding of design integration, civil engineering models and digital assurance
* Someone who can influence and drive best practice across the programme

Due to the nature of the programme, you must be able to obtain SC clearance
