Your new role
As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the site office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and signing in visitors
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Handling incoming calls and post
• Providing refreshments for meetings
• Scanning and organising documents

This is a 10-12-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.Working hours are 7:30-15:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.
What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
• Immediate availability to start
