We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support the continued growth of our specialist company supplying animal in vitro production (IVP) media. This full-time, permanent role is based in our coastal Falmouth office, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
You will help expand our international reach, support customers and provide technical training and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers and distributors.
- Provide detailed technical advice and training on our products, both remotely and in-person.
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, including international trade events and customer visits, as well as social media campaigns, email marketing, and Search Engine Optimization.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to varied audiences including scientists, veterinarians, and technicians.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, technical documentation, and proposals.
- Contribute to business operations as needed in a small team setting, which may include order processing, logistics, and customer service support.

Essential
- A degree level qualification in any subject.
- An outgoing, confident personality and the ability to form and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proven ability to learn and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment, with a willingness to support other roles and business functions as needed.
- Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
Desirable
- A Master’s Degree in Reproductive Biology or a closely related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the scientific, agricultural, or biotechnology sectors.
- Experience with international sales, trade shows and working with a distributor network.
- Competent in developing digital campaigns, social media, and content creation.
- Confidence in delivering training or technical presentations.
- Experience working with CRM system.
