- Guiding and training junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitoring ingredient quality and managing stock levels.
- Ensuring the kitchen adheres to strict cleanliness and food safety rules.
- Coordinating effectively with other kitchen sections.
- Occasionally engaging with guests to gather feedback.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and record-keeping.
- Working to a 2 AA Rosette standard.
