Fabricator Welder

Contek Recruitment are currently looking for a MIG Welder/Fabricator for our precision Engineering client basedin Wrexham.

Our client have been operating for over 40 years and have a 25,000 sq. ft facility in Wrexham, consisting of 7 different workshops. They specialise in structural and secondary steelwork.They also do a lot of work for the specialist architectural metalwork industry, their work includes elegant staircases, balustrades and handrails, canopies, balconies, and any other aesthetically pleasing metalwork requirements.

They also specialise in the design, manufacture, and installation of footbridges of all types and sizes- including Pedestrian, Cycle / bridle way bridges and Vehicular access bridges.

The role is a full-time, permanent role and will be on days. The working hours areMonday to Thursday (07:30 until 16:30) andFriday (07:30 until 12:30).

The starting pay rate on offer is around17 per hour.Overtime is consistently available and is paid at time and a half on weekdays, and double pay on weekends.

The right candidate will preferably have MIG welding and fabrication experience, further training will be given to the right person, and the opportunity to gain your codings will also be available.
