THE COMPANY

 

A well established and highly rated supplier of temporary structures and marquees, this company are a trusted supplier to agencies, end clients and venues across the region. With a committed team, a growing client base servicing some of the UK's largest festivals and seasonal events with a huge portfolio of exciting and varied projects, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

 

THE ROLE

 

They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join the team and take responsibility for managing the build of temporary structures for prestigious clients. This will be a hands-on role as well as the taking responsibility for managing onsite teams and clients.

 

The range of duties will include:

 

-          Taking ownership of projects from beginning to end

-          Leading, mentoring and managing large onsite teams

-          Liaising closely with clients onsite

-          Overseeing complex logistics

-          Assisting the team with builds

-          Ensuring that health & safety is adhered to

-          Travelling to site to lead in the build of structures

-          Managing operational responsibilities of projects day to day

-          Continually seek potential opportunities for new clients

 

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of outdoor events and infrastructure, any background of event build knowledge will be considered. You will also be experienced liaising with clients as well as have the ability to manage large onsite teams.
