Location: Pershore
Salary: ?12.50 - ?13.00 per hour + Production & Attendance Bonus
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Assembly Operative to join our team in Pershore within the Heavy Industries sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale systems, using various power tools and equipment, in a dynamic and hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly of heavy systems: Use power tools, bolts, and hoists to assemble large-scale systems.

Lifting and handling of goods: Safely move and position heavy items using hoists and other lifting equipment.

Quality Checking: Ensure products meet high-quality standards and perform basic quality inspections.

Painting: Carry out basic painting tasks on assembled products.

Health and Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an assembly or heavy industry role preferred.

Comfortable using power tools and handling heavy materials.

Ability to perform basic quality checks.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.

Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate: ?12.50 - ?13.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
