Are you practical, hands-on, and eager to learn a skilled trade? Due to continued growth, Impact Joinery is looking to take on a Bench Joiner / CNC Operator (Trainee) to join our friendly workshop team in Pershore.
We create high-quality, bespoke fitted furniture, and were proud of the craftsmanship and care that goes into every piece we make. Now were looking for someone who shares that pride and wants to build a career in joinery and CNC operation.
?? What the Role Involves:Operating CNC machinery (full training provided)
Assembling bespoke furniture pieces
Working closely with experienced joiners in a supportive environment
Learning all aspects of the joinery process
No prior experience needed just a practical mindset and a willingness to learn
Any experience in woodworking, DIY, or hands-on work is a bonus
Attention to detail and a good work ethic
Reliability and a positive attitude
On-the-job training with skilled craftsmen
Opportunity to grow and develop in the trade
