My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of a 9-strong team in an open-plan office, working closely with sales, key accounts, and sales administration.

This role is perfect for somebody looking to take the next step in their career and for the right person will open up opportunities in the future such as Account Management. 

The role is full time and permanent working Monday-Thursday 8-5 and 8-2.30 on a Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Take calls and liaise with customers, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including tracking orders with logistics and relaying information via email.
  • Ensure all orders are processed and maintained accurately, with a focus on detail.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Open to putting themselves out there and taking initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within the team and hold their own in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
